Membership Cancellation Policy

Refunds for membership fees will be provided based on the following conditions:

• Monthly membership: Cancellation requests received before the next billing cycle will not be charged for the upcoming month. No refund will be provided for the current month.

• Annual membership: Cancellation requests received within 30 days of membership activation will be eligible for a refund of the annual fee minus any non-refundable setup or administrative fees. After 30 days, no refunds will be provided.

Access to membership benefits and resources will cease immediately upon cancellation. Advanced Coding Services reserves the right to issue refunds in exception to this policy from time to time, at our discretion. Exercise of this right does not constitute a change in our stated policy and does not obligate us to issue similar refunds except as required by the terms of use.

Webinar Cancellation Policy

Participant Cancellation: If a participant wishes to cancel their registration for a webinar, they must notify the webinar organizer in writing via email or through the designated cancellation process on the webinar platform. The following cancellation policy will apply:

• Cancellation 7 days or more before the webinar date: Participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

• Cancellation between 2 and 7 days before the webinar date: Participants will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.

• Cancellation less than 2 days before the webinar date: Participants will not be eligible for a refund.

• Webinar Organizer Cancellation: In the event that the webinar organizer needs to cancel or reschedule a webinar, registered participants will be promptly notified via email or through the webinar platform. Alternative options, such as rescheduling or transferring the registration to a future webinar, will be provided. If none of the alternative options are suitable, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
