Beth Schleeper: CEO/Instructor & Medical Billing and Coding Expert

Beth is globally recognized as a medical billing and coding expert with over 28 years of experience in the medical billing and coding industry. She is the CEO of the nationally renowned Advanced Coding Services located in Phoenix, AZ.

Beth has spent a lifetime in the medical billing, coding and medical consulting industry. Prior to owning Advanced Coding Services, Beth and her late father owned and operated TNT Consulting, one of the largest celebrated medical billing coding firms helping medical practices in and throughout the USA. The TNT Consulting organization is still in operation today.

Robert (Bobby) Kiesecker: 2009 AAPC Education Officer, Phoenix Chapter

Bobby has been in the healthcare industry for almost 17 years. Working in coding and billing, Bobby became the first Certified Cardiology Coder in Arizona and has excelled to become a PMCC instructor.

Bobby has an excellent understanding of what it means to be a working adult that is going to school. Bobby while working a full time job completed his Bachelors in Healthcare Administration Degree. Bobby has enthusiasm for teaching and loves Cardiology, peripheral vascular system, Interventional Radiology and Pediatrics. Bobby served as the Education Officer for the Phoenix chapter in 2009 of the AAPC.

Rhonda Zollars: Medical Coding Manager for Arizona State

Rhonda has a history of medical billing expertise and she has been honored with AAPC Region 7 Coder of the year.

Rhonda has worked in the medical field since 1998. She began her coding career as a medical assistant in dermatology and internal medicine.

Rhonda’s experience built the foundation for where she is today as a fraud investigator.

Christine Hall: Chairwoman for the AAPC Billing Advisory Committee

Christine Hall has 30+ years of health administration management experience and a degree in sociology. She is certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), a Certified Professional Coder, Biller, Auditor, Risk Adjustment Coder, a specialty coder in Evaluation and Management, and a certified instructor.

She is the current chairwoman for the AAPC Billing Advisory Committee, a skilled educator, and a national public speaker. Christine is a subject matter expert in coding, risk adjustment, telehealth, reimbursement, and compliance. She has had the pleasure of working with many of the gold-star standard organizations in healthcare. Christine hosts the bi-weekly podcast “Coding with Christine Hall,” available on all streaming platforms.
