Tuition & PaymentsPayment Policy
Deposit of $200.00 due with registration form to secure place in class. Deposit will be applied to tuition or workbook/membership fees at the time of enrollment. If student does not enroll in course deposit will be refunded at 100%. Tuition and Registration fee $2250.00 is due in full on or prior to the first day of class. Payment arrangements are available with prior authorization from Advanced Coding Service. Please contact Dorie at dorie@advancedcodingservices.com for payment agreement forms. Workbooks/Membership non-refundable $250.00 fee is due at time of enrollment. Total cost of $2500 to be due in full on or prior to first class. Student may pay by check, cash, money order or credit card through PayPal invoice via email from Advanced Coding Services. Payment Arrangements - CPC / CPC-H Classroom Courses & CPC Online Courses Payment arrangements are available for students based on the following schedule: First payment of $1000 will be due at time of enrollment Second payment of $500 will be due 30 days after first payment Third payment of $500 will be due 30 days after second payment Fourth payment of $500 will be due 30 days after third payment The total balance due for the course $2500 will be paid in full prior to student taking CPC examination. Any student that fails to make payment on schedule will be dismissed from course and refund policy will apply. Payment Arrangements - CPC-H Online Courses Payment arrangements are available for students based on the following schedule: First payment of $1000 will be due at time of enrollment Second payment of $470 will be due 3rd week of class The total balance due for the course $1470 will be paid in full prior to student taking CPC-H examination. Any student that fails to make payment on schedule will be dismissed from course and refund policy will apply.
