Lynn Hosking, BS, CPC, CPC-I, AAPC approved PMCC Instructor, AHIMA approved ICD-10-CM/PCS Instructor has over 25 years of coding experience in most areas/subspecialties. Prior to becoming involved in the healthcare industry, she obtained her Bachelor Degree in Education. Lynn has been involved in the teaching and mentoring of coders, physicians, administrators throughout her healthcare career. She is also the co-founder and past President of the Prescott Chapter for the AAPC. Lynn works as an Independent Consultant for various clients throughout the Country, and was instrumental in developing a coding program to assist CPC-A's obtain the necessary experience to become full CPC's and move forward in their coding careers. This program is also being used as part of the hiring process for many employers.

Her students will enjoy the many stories and experiences she brings to class keeping it entertaining and informative.


Robert (Bobby) Kiesecker, BSHA, CPC, CPC-I, CCC has been in the healthcare industry for almost 10 years. Working in many aspects of coding and billing, Bobby became the first Certified Cardiology Coder in Arizona and has excelled to become a PMCC instructor. Bobby has a very good understanding of what it means to be a working adult that is going to school. Bobby while working a full time job completed his Bachelors in Healthcare Administration Degree. Bobby has enthusiasm for teaching and loves Cardiology, peripheral vascular system, Interventional Radiology and Pediatrics. Bobby served as the education Officer for the phoenix chapter in 2009. Mr. Kiesecker is a national speaker that loves to find the best method to convey his topic. His classroom is light-hearted and fun, as someone who struggled with traditional teaching methods Bobby tries to enhance the classroom with new and exciting teaching methods so all students grasp the knowledge of coding. Bobby loves to see his students succeed and looks forward to meeting and helping future student reach their career goals.

Susan Ward, CPC, COC, CPC-I, CEMC, CPCD, CPRC, has been in the healthcare industry for over 25 years. Working in many aspects of coding, billing and practice management, Susan has enthusiasm for teaching and loves Evaluation and Management and the Integumentary System. Susan's love of education shows with her passion to teach and help others understand coding and reimbursement. Susan is also a workshop presenter for the AAPC and presents for local chapters all over the country. Her classroom is always filled with laughter and learning.


Rhonda Zollars, COC, CPC has worked in the medical field since 1988. She began her coding career as a medical assistant in dermatology and internal medicine. This experience built the foundation for her current position as a fraud investigator for the State of Arizona Medicaid Program. Rhonda has held many positions in the Glendale, AZ. chapter, including president and educational officer. In 2008, she was honored as AAPC Region 7 Coder of the Year. Rhonda extends her passion for coding education to her local chapter and members believing that it is important to network.


Dorie Newton, CPC-I, AAPC approved PMCC Instructor, has 15 years of physician medical coding and billing experience in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine and OB-GYN practices. She has been teaching physician medical coding to physicians, PA's and students for the past 5 years. She is founder and past president of Southeastern Arizona Coders local AAPC chapter in Safford, Arizona. She holds Certificates of Proficiency in OB-GYN and Emergency Medicine.

Using her wealth of knowledge, light-hearted nature, and sense of humor she makes the students' learning experience fun and delightful.
